Virtual Justice

Thirty-five years of big city police work has given this author an up-front and hands on experience with all segments of criminal activity. As a Lieutenant with the Miami-Dade Police Department, he was involved in the investigations of crimes, complicated by the ethenic diversity of Miami which took him to all corners of the United States and Puerto Rico. Motivated by his disenchantment with the criminal justice system and his compassion for the victims of homicide, armed robbery, narcotics, organized crime and sexual battery, he felt compelled to write this book. Educated at Virginia Tech and Florida International University, he holds a B.S. Degree in Criminology. Now retired, he resides in Florida and North Carolina.
